Terms of Use

Effective: April 9, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProviderIntel.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What ProviderIntel is — and isn't

ProviderIntel is an independent research platform that aggregates and analyzes publicly available information about peptide therapy providers in the United States. The Site publishes research reports, rankings, and a methodology-driven scoring system called the Trust Score.

ProviderIntel is not a medical provider, a pharmacy, a healthcare facility, a licensed healthcare entity, a telehealth service, a lead-generation business, or an endorsement platform. We do not provide medical care, prescribe medications, compound pharmaceuticals, or refer patients to specific providers.

No medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or an endorsement of any specific provider, compound, protocol, or course of treatment. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Peptide therapy and any decisions about health, medications, supplements, hormones, or treatments should be made in consultation with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional who is familiar with your individual medical history. Never disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining medical advice because of something you read on the Site.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved drugs. The regulatory landscape around peptide therapy is actively changing. Information on the Site may become outdated between research refreshes. Always verify provider credentials, licensing, and pharmacy sourcing independently.

Accuracy of information

Research on the Site is AI-assisted with human review. We source information from publicly available materials — clinic websites, state medical board databases, Google Reviews, Reddit discussions, and similar public sources — and score providers against a published methodology.

While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, the Site may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Provider data can change at any time. License statuses, pharmacy partnerships, pricing, available compounds, and regulatory standings may change without our knowledge.

Always verify any information on the Site independently before making decisions based on it. Source links are provided on provider pages for this reason — use them.

If you find an error, please contact us via the About page. We review corrections and publish changelogs.

No endorsement

Listing a provider on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, referral, certification, or sponsorship of that provider. Rankings and Trust Scores reflect the result of our published methodology applied to publicly available information, not a professional judgment about whether any specific provider is right for any specific patient.

Conversely, if a provider does not appear on the Site, that is not an indication of poor quality or any judgment about their practice. Coverage is finite and expanding over time. See the How We Rank page for methodology details.
