Privacy Policy
Effective: April 9, 2026
Short version: I don't track you as a person. Analytics are aggregated only. No cookies following you around, no retargeting, no ad networks, no data sales. Ever.
That's the whole privacy posture in one sentence. The rest of this page is the detail.
What information we collect
ProviderIntel.ai uses privacy-focused analytics to understand how the Site is being used in the aggregate — how many people visited, which pages are popular, what country visitors are coming from, what device type they're using, and how fast the Site is loading for them.
This data is collected in an aggregated, anonymized form. We do not build individual user profiles, we do not assign persistent user identifiers, we do not track you across sessions, and we do not track you across other sites.
What we don't collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, by contacting us)
- We do not use Google Analytics
- We do not use Facebook Pixel, Twitter Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other advertising / retargeting pixel
- We do not use ad networks
- We do not collect medical information, health history, or details about conditions you may be researching
- We do not sell, rent, license, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes
Cookies
The Site uses minimal or no cookies. Any cookies that are set are either:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (for example, to remember your preferences if you set any)
- Aggregated analytics — set by our privacy-focused analytics provider to enable aggregated visitor counting without tracking individuals across sessions
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking cookies.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Vercel, which acts as our content delivery network and static hosting provider. Vercel receives standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) as part of serving the Site — this is inherent to how the internet works. Vercel's privacy practices are described in their own privacy policy.
Analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics and/or a privacy-focused third-party analytics service. These services are configured in aggregated, cookieless, or minimal-cookie modes where available.
The Site links to third-party websites — provider websites, Google Reviews, Reddit, state medical board databases, and similar. When you click those links, you leave our Site and the destination site's privacy policy applies, not ours.
AI crawlers and LLMs
The Site explicitly permits AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and similar) to index its content. This is a deliberate choice — we want the research on this Site to be useful and accessible to people who use AI assistants and LLM-based search tools. Our content being ingested by AI systems is a feature, not an accident.
Only the public research content on the Site is crawled. No personal visitor data, no analytics data, and no private information is exposed to AI crawlers.
Information you voluntarily provide
If you contact us — for example, to report a correction, ask a question, or provide feedback — we will receive whatever information you choose to send, such as your email address and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to you and is not shared, sold, or added to any marketing list.
Data retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained for as long as it is useful for understanding Site usage trends. Contact correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter you contacted us about.
Because we do not maintain personal profiles or user accounts, there is generally no personal data tied to an individual to delete.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These may include the right to request information about what data is held about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of data sales.
Because we do not build individual user profiles, do not sell user data, and do not track individuals, most of these rights are moot in practice — there isn't a personal file on you for us to return or delete.
If you have a specific privacy request, contact us via the About page and we will respond in good faith.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Peptide therapy is an adult medical topic and the Site is intended for adult research.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site and any information collected through it. The Site uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When meaningful changes are made, the “Effective” date above will be updated and the change noted on the Site.
Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be directed through the About page.
