The DRIPBaR Austin The Domain is a cash-pay IV therapy and wellness spa located in Austin, Texas, staffed by two registered nurses, Melody and Stephanie. The practice operates on a spa model focused primarily on intravenous infusion services, with a robust drip menu of 15 named formulations that forms the core of its clinical identity. In addition to IV therapy, the location offers weight loss support through semaglutide, peptide therapy via Sermorelin, glutathione IV, chelation therapy, and vitamin C injections. Peptide and weight loss services carry moderate depth scores, indicating availability without the protocol depth of a dedicated hormonal medicine clinic. The practice carries no insurance and bills entirely out of pocket. Reviewers describe a clean, efficient experience: one patient noted being seen without a wait and placed in a private room, while others mention compression therapy as a standout add-on and one reviewer credits the service with helping manage gout symptoms. The location holds a 4.9-star rating across 452 Google reviews, which is a strong volume signal for a single-location wellness spa, suggesting consistent patient satisfaction with the core IV therapy experience.

Services Mentioned by Patients

  • Glutathione IV push/infusion (anti-aging / longevity drip called 'Time Machine')
  • Post-food-poisoning rehydration IV

Consistent Strengths

  • Consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff praised across dozens of reviews
  • Facility described as clean, modern, and relaxing in multiple reviews
  • Same-day and last-minute appointments routinely available
  • Effective hangover and illness recovery — multiple patients report feeling dramatically better after one session

  • Policy on emotional support animals vs. service animals unclear or inconsistently enforced

Notable Reviews

I got the Time Machine with the big ol' dose of glutathione for longevity. I felt energized and vibrant for a whole week!! B-vitamins, minerals, amino acids, vitamin C — my whole body feels less inflamed, my skin looks brighter.

Tasha Jackson · ★★★★★Names a specific drip menu item ('Time Machine'), lists exact ingredients, and gives a concrete week-long outcome — rare specificity useful for prospective patients

A man came in with a very energetic yellow lab. I was told it was a support animal. Support animals are not service animals — they are pets. A dog behaving like that in a medical setting is not ok. I will not sign up for a membership.

Katherine V · Only 1-star review; documents a recurring hygiene/policy issue (dogs in IV room) that caused a membership cancellation — critical for ops awareness

I've been to similar places in Austin, but they are the best. The IV's are strong and the NAD is also. You have to get NAD from the right place or it's not as effective. Theirs seem to be very effective compared to anywhere else in Austin.

RV Park · ★★★★★Head-to-head comparison with Austin competitors; specifically validates NAD+ potency and product quality — strong social proof

I came in desperate from extra weight gain and low energy. Stephanie and Sierra are helping me find what's good for me and my heart condition. I got a membership so I can come once a week!

Doris Pugh · ★★★★★Reveals weight management and cardiac-condition-aware consultations — services not obvious from a standard IV drip menu; shows clinical depth

Melody (Nurse) does an amazing job explaining all of the peptides, shots and drips. Excellent service!

Emerson · ★★★★★Confirms peptide and injection services beyond IV drips, and highlights staff education quality — relevant for directory's peptide focus
